About the beach

Chaloklum Beach, Pha-Ngan Island, Thailand

The central part of Ao Chaloklam Bay is at the disposal of several piers and many fishing boats. The village is mainly inhabited by fishermen, and the seafood trade dominates all other types.

The restaurants on the shore offer wonderful views of the bay and the sea pier, bright long-tailed fishing boats add color to these places. There are several beautiful beach spots suitable for swimming on both sides of the village. It is uncomfortable to swim in the central part because of the boats.
