About the funicular

Tbilisi Funicular

The funicular was first opened in 1905, and in 2013 it was not only renovated, but also equipped with new carriages. The line has three stops: The Lower Station (Daniela Chonkadze Street), the Pantheon (the Middle Station) and Mtatsminda (the Upper Station).
