Sakhalin Railway History Museum
The Sakhalin Railway History Museum is a unique museum, especially in the context of Sakhalin Island, which is in no way connected by railway to the mainland of the country. A significant period of Japanese influence was also affected. In the museum you can see a two-axle Japanese platform, an old two-axle covered wagon, a Japanese Wajima snowplow built in 1939, a Kiha diesel train wagon, a Japanese Steam Rotor snowplow built in 1936 and many other exhibits.
