Museu Carlos Machado, São Miguel, Azores

Carlos Machado is a museum whose exhibits tell about the history and geography of the Azores, most of the exposition is devoted to animals protected by the Azores. After the museum moved to the convent building, the collection was significantly expanded. Here you can also look at sculptures, art images, azulejo tiles and visit the library.
