Among the workshops and dusty garages in the Al Quoz industrial zone in Dubai in 2007, the well-known businessman and philanthropist Abdelmonem Bin Eisa Alserkal transformed an entire quarter into a territory with 70 contemporary and visual art galleries, designers and a total area of more than 46 thousand square meters.
