Church of Saint Michael the Archangel, São Miguel, Azores

Church of Saint Michael the Archangel (Igreja de São Miguel Arcanjo) is one of the oldest churches in the Azores, it was built in the 15th century. The entrance is made entirely of volcanic stone, and the interior is decorated with traditional Portuguese azulejo tiles. The church is located in the town of Vila Franca Do Campo on the island of San Miguel.
