The monument of labor glory (საბჭოთა ქანდაკება კომპლექსი) is an ensemble consisting of a number of sculptures, located in and around architectural objects in the style of Soviet modernism. It was built in 1980 and is one of the main works of the Shota Bostanashvili. The monument "Glory to Labor" was awarded the prize of the Council of Ministers of the Georgian SSR "Chronicle of the Five-year Plan". The sculptures were created by Elguja Amashukeli.

A rather non-standard monument, rather a monumental composition. Such things are part of the cultural heritage of that period, and such creations are worth preserving and protecting. The overall condition is three, but in any case, the composition is worth a visit.
