Vake Park is a cultural heritage park opened in 1946 on the site of a large wasteland and has become one of Tbilisi's largest landscaping and landscaping projects. The total area of the park is about 200 hectares.

"Vake" means "plain" in Georgian

Vake Park

Here you can walk along the picturesque paths, climb the cable car to Turtle Lake and just enjoy the nature of the arboretum. Previously, the park was named "Victory Park", since since 1981 there has been a complex of the Memorial of Glory, which includes the memorial of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
