Presidential Palace Tbilisi (Ceremonial Palace of Georgia Avlabari residence, the administration of the President of Georgia, the Palace of State Ceremonies, სახელმწიფო ცერემონიების სასახლე) is a government building in Tbilisi, which is the former residence. Built in 2009 on the initiative of Mikhail Saakashvili, the construction cost about $ 200 million, which made the palace one of the most expensive state buildings in the world and caused a lot of discussion. The palace is closed to the public, but from time to time there are open days with an excursion program.
