Cape Ptichiy on Sakhalin

Cape Ptichiy (Bird's cape) is one of the most famous natural attractions of Sakhalin: coastal cliffs in the form of arches surrounded by a bright green fir forest. The cape got its name due to the many birds that like to nest and hunt fish here at low tide.
