A special feature of the Beyazyt tower is the color of the night illumination, which changes depending on the weather forecast for the upcoming day: if the tower is highlighted in blue, then the next day will be clear, green - rainy, yellow - foggy, red - snowy.

The tower is located on the territory of Istanbul University, the passage to which is closed to tourists. However, in some cases, the guards may skip if they tell you that you want to climb the tower. Basically, the passage is open to tour groups along with guides.
