Isparta is one of the most beautiful and peaceful cities in the country. The Turks call it the 'City of Roses' – roses are grown here, from the petals of which oil is produced. Isparta produces at least 64% of the global volume of this product. Rosaries of all possible colors flow into incredible purple lavender fields.
It is definitely worth coming to Isparta in July, when the peak of lavender flowering occurs, filling the air with a thick aroma. In the village of Kuyucak, which is called 'Eastern Provence', you can not only take incredible photos, but also try tea, ice cream, lukum and pastries with lavender aroma.
In the summer heat, it is pleasant to spend time here on Lake Egirdir, and in winter to ride in the Davraz Ski Resort Center at an altitude of 2635 meters above sea level.
