Many travelers and outdoor enthusiasts often face the difficulty of choosing a holiday destination on the many islands of the Maldives archipelago. I would like to have beautiful views, and clean sand, and turquoise beaches. And you should not forget about entertainment.
Paradise Island Resort & Spa, Maldives
The Maldives is an archipelago of islands of volcanic origin and surrounding coral reefs and lagoons. There are 26 coral atolls in the equatorial waters of the Indian Ocean, all of which form 19 administrative regions. The capital of the Republic of Maldives, the island city of Male, consists of 20 districts. The main life is in full swing in the capital, where you can find many cafes, restaurants and attractions. The main interesting places worth visiting in Male have been collected in a separate section.
For the most part, island formations are represented by atolls — coral islands or groups of islands that look like a continuous or broken ring surrounding the lagoon.
When choosing a vacation destination, think about what is more of a priority for you: a private vacation with a private beach, a cozy bungalow standing on the water or the accessibility of urban infrastructure. In the first case, choose one of the atolls, in the second – think about staying as close as possible to Male Island.
