Amarbayasgalant Monastery

A visa is not required, and Russian citizens can stay in Mongolia for up to 30 days, and if it is not enough, they can extend it for another two months at the visa service. You will only need a passport for the trip.
By plane directly, by plane to Ulan-Ude and then by bus to Ulan Bator, by car through the border crossings: "Kyakhta", "Khandagaity" (will not work from December 31 to January 8) and "Verkhny Ulkhun" or by train from Irkutsk or Ulan-Ude.
