The cost of visa processing is 60 euros, for children aged 6-12 - 35 euros.
On average, it should be expected to take two weeks.
If your flight requires a transfer without leaving the customs area of the airport, you can do it without any problems. You can only go outside if you have a Schengen multi-visa. You cannot leave the airport with a single visa.
