The Reykjavik Museum of Photography (Ljósmyndasafn Reykjavik) is a private collection and museum of photography. It is located in the same building as the Reykjavik City Library. The museum preserves about five million photographs from professional and amateur photographers, from about 1870 to the present century. The collection includes studio portraits, as well as industrial, advertising, newspaper, landscape and family photographs.
