The bright mosaic fountain was created by hand by the famous artist, sculptor and writer Nahum Gutman. He depicts scenes from the early days of Tel Aviv and biblical stories from Jaffa.
Initially, this fountain was installed on Bialik Street, next to the Old Town Hall of Tel Aviv, but after 35 years it was moved to Rothschild Boulevard, where it can still be viewed.
