Church de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Fayal

The Church de Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição) is a church in the city of Horto. It was built for the first time in the 15th century, but due to fires and earthquakes it was reconstructed into its current form only in the 19th century.
