Chestnut Museum

The Chestnut Museum (Museu da Castanha) is a museum that tells about the important culture of chestnuts and the production of food from them. The exhibits show the entire "history of chestnuts", from seeds to harvest, the variety of functions of chestnuts in the household, traditional culture, medicine, crafts, outdated traditions and entertainment.
