Thjodveldisbaerinn stong

The Thjodveldisbærinn Stöng Commonwealth Farm (ÞJóðveldisbærinn Stöng) is a recreation of a peat farm in Southern Iceland, which was built near an archaeological site. The original 11th-century farm was destroyed by a volcanic eruption on nearby Mount Hekla.
