Seljalandsfoss is a waterfall originating in a volcanic glacier, located on the southern coast of Iceland.
There is a unique opportunity to stand right behind the flowing water and circumvent the waterfall around the circumference. An accessible path leads to a cave-like space with excellent views. The impressive 60-meter drop in height of the waterfall ends with a small lake below, where the river continues its path. Due to the waterfall's proximity to the Ring Road and impressive natural features, it is one of the most famous and visited waterfalls in the country.
