Prometheus Cave, Kutaisi

Prometheus cave or Kumistavi (პრომეთეს მღვიმე, ყუმისთავის მღვიმე) is a karst cave with a length of 11 km, was discovered in 1983. A 1.8 km long part of the cave is open to visitors, which is equipped with comfortable platforms and stairs, and multi-colored lights create a fabulous atmosphere. Underground rivers flow here, as well as an underground lake where you can take a boat ride.
