Pico island (Ilha do Pico) is one of the islands of the Azores archipelago. It is named after the volcano of the same name located on the island. The second largest Azores Island, with an area of 447 km², is famous for its vineyards, historical sites and the opportunity to watch whales and dolphins right in the coastal waters.
