Westfjord Heritage Museum

The Westfjords Heritage Museum (Byggðasafn Vestfjarða) is a heritage museum in the town of Isafjordur, in the Vestfirdir region. The museum is based on maritime heritage and provides insight into the local fishing and fishing industry, as well as the lives of fishermen, their families and coastal culture over the centuries.
